"I have been involved in sports and physical fitness my entire life. I played sports in elementary school through high school and continued that passion into college. It was only natural that my college major focused on fitness, nutrition, and sports management. I received my personal training certification in 2004 and started coaching softball in 2005.This led me to spend over 13 years coaching at the collegiate and high schools level, along with over 15 years as a personal trainer. I train all ages and all fitness levels as young as 7 to 77; so far; athletes, people looking to join the military and/or public service workforces, post- injury or surgery rehabilitation, and those looking to make a change or improve their overall health. I was certified as a group fitness instructor in 2011 and earned my certification for basic nutrition in 2015. I offer personal, couples and group training, fitness classes, nutrition guidelines and personal plans (for those who cannot make it to a gym or would rather workout on their own) No matter your level or fitness nutrition lifestyle, fitness goals, and/or fitness maintenance, I am here to help make your journey as postive effective, and enjoyable as it is for me.
