Meet Alicia Gehefer!


 “I’ve been involved with group fitness for many years, first on my personal journey to healthy living then 3 years ago, I decided to step out of my comfort zone and become a group fitness instructor. I searched for a format that wasn’t already being taught and came across Total Body Tabata! I immediately fell in love with the challenge and THE RESULTS! Since then I’ve added Kettlebell AMPD, AMPD Resistance TBT Leverage and TBT Reps as well. I LOVE being an instructor and love sharing my classes!
My biggest motivation is seeing my classes succeed & having fun while doing it!!”

"My name is Jamie White. I can’t remember when fitness or exercise wasn’t apart of my daily routine. I have been a fitness instructor for approximately 8 years. I am passionate about helping others reach their fitness goals. Group fitness is a way to connect with others who share those same goals. I teach Turbo Kick and P90X both are Beachbody formats."

Meet Alison Byers!

"I have been an instructor for 30 years, trainer for 15 years and on staff at Fitness Firm for 11 years. (2009) My classes range from water aerobics, spinning, to lifting. My classes are Tuesday and Thursday 10:00-10:45 a.m. Strength and flexibility for all ages and Tuesday Thursday from 5:30-6:30 P.m. Crank n Shred a challenge for ages. My focus is on staying strong, and keeping flexibile throughout your lifetime."
