Four Point Balance:Using the BOSU(half ball) flat side down. Kneel with both hands and knees and the ball. Slowly extend the right leg behind you and reach your left arm out in front of you. Hold for about 10 seconds, slowly lower you hand and knee. Repeat with the opposite arm and leg. *KEEP YOUR CORE TIGHT KEEP YOUR HIPS AND SHOULDERS LEVEL.* Keep your neck relaxed and your gaze to the floor.
